Alex Ambroz Founder and Chief Executive Officer Alex Ambroz is the CEO of JUMPTO, which he founded in 2007. Alex is responsible for managing the overall corporate direction, business operations and product strategy for the company. As a committed technologist with over a decade’s experience founding and running technology companies, he directs the development of JUMPTO’s core technology and infrastructure. Alex graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management, Information Systems and Finance, and holds an advanced diploma in International Business Administration from Seneca College.

Nejc Palir Chief Technology Officer As CTO of JUMPTO, Nejc is responsible for the detailed design and development of the company’s software solutions and infrastructure. Nejc brings a broad array of networking and security expertise to JUMPTO. From software engineering and Internet security protocols to web-based product design and deployment, Nejc is an extremely talented software engineer. His favorite saying describes him best: "IT's in the details".

Fred Luchetti Vice President Marketing Fred is the VPM of JUMPTO, responsible for all aspects of promoting the JUMPTO brand. A seasoned IT and business manager, Fred spent the last decade in senior management and operational roles in the online gaming industry and brings considerable marketing and hands-on sales expertise to JUMPTO. Fred is a graduate of York University in Toronto.

Rajiv Arya Co-founder and General Counsel Rajiv is a co-founder and the General Counsel of JUMPTO, responsible for all legal aspects of the business. Rajiv has developed a multi-disciplinary legal practice on a foundation of intellectual property. Prior to establishing his personal practice, Rajiv articled and practiced law as an associate at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, one of Canada's leading intellectual property and business law firms. Rajiv received his law degree from the University of Toronto and practices before the Ontario bar.

Danny De Santis Co-founder and Director of Strategic Initiatives Danny is a co-founder of JUMPTO and was one of the company’s first seed capital investors. He brings a wealth of experience as a successful private businessman, with primary responsibility for the company’s strategic initiatives and ongoing capital raising activities.

Michael Warren Director of Business Development Mike is the Director of Business Development responsible for JUMPTO sales initiatives. As a Director, Mike co-founded various start-up technology companies in North American as well as internationally. He successfully led venture-backed start-up companies in both strategic and tactical sales. Mike has a 30 year background in building and leading corporate sales and business development divisions, holding both field and corporate management positions. Throughout his career, Mike has developed a real world approach to technology and its utilization in progressing organizations and forging new markets and applications. His disciplines are focused on radical and disruptive technology innovations.
