Payment & Refund Policy
Payment for Services
JUMPTO offers pay-as-you-go, monthly and annual paid subscriptions to its Services, with recurring charges on a monthly or annual basis on its term subscriptions. You can choose the type of paid subscription you prefer and the frequency with which you will pay for it, when you first register for a JUMPTO account or at any time thereafter. For more information about the type of subscription services and available payment methods, please refer to the Pricing Page.
You agree to pay all subscription fees, applicable taxes and other charges that may accrue in connection with your use of the Services, and agree that JUMPTO may charge your credit card, PayPal account or other payment method for any such charges that have accrued in connection with your use of the Services.
All charges will be billed to the credit card, PayPal account or other payment method you last provided to us. It is your responsibility to keep the account information for your payment method accurate and up to date. If you want to designate a different payment method or if there is a change in the account information for your current payment method, you must change your information under the Billing Information tab (under Account Properties in your JUMPTO Software) or by clicking here and signing into your account online. Your access to the Services may be temporarily disrupted while JUMPTO verifies the new payment method or account information you have provided.
All purchases of Services (whether as a pay-as-you-go, monthly or annual subscription) are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise provided under our Refund Policy.
Your JUMPTO term subscription (whether monthly or annual) will be configured for automatic renewal at the time of purchase, and will renew on the calendar day that corresponds to the monthly or annual anniversary of your subscription, as applicable. If the calendar day that corresponds to the monthly or annual anniversary of your subscription is not contained in a given month or year, JUMPTO will charge your designated payment method on the last day of such month or year. For example, if your monthly subscription normally renews on the 31st day of each month and was last renewed on August 31st, you will be charged on the 30th of September for that month's renewal.
If you prefer not to utilize the automatic renewal option, you can modify this option under the Manage My Subscription tab (under Account Properties in your JUMPTO Software) or by clicking here and signing into your account online.
If you remove the automatic renewal option, you will not be billed when your current subscription expires and it will be your responsibility to renew your subscription at the end of each subscription period if you desire continued service. If you remain on automatic billing, your account will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period and your designated payment method will be charged accordingly.
Managing Your Subscription
You can upgrade or downgrade your current subscription level at any time under the Manage My Subscription tab (under Account Properties in your JUMPTO Software) or by clicking here and signing into your account online.
If you upgrade your paid subscription, the renewal date for your subscription will be reset as of the day you upgrade and the remaining portion of your previous subscription will be credited on a pro-rata calendar basis towards your upgraded subscription. For example, if you originally subscribed for a monthly LITE subscription on the 1st of the month and later upgraded to a PRO subscription on the 15th of the month, then the remaining half of the fee you had paid for your monthly LITE subscription will be credited towards your upgraded PRO subscription. Your upgraded PRO subscription will then renew on the 15th of every month going forward.
If you downgrade your paid subscription, your subscription will remain active for the remainder of the monthly or annual subscription period for which you have paid, and will be converted to the downgraded account at the end of the applicable period.
JUMPTO may change the pricing for Services at any time by providing a thirty (30) day notice of such change on the Pricing Page. The new pricing for Services will apply to your next purchase of Services following the thirty (30) day notice. You agree that by continuing to purchase and/or use the Services following the thirty (30) day notice period, you accept the new pricing for Services.
Pricing for Services may change at any time and the Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering after your purchase.
Prices for Services posted on the Pricing Page are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are assessed on the basis of the bill-to address and the tax rates in effect at the time you pay for the Services. JUMPTO charges tax on Services only in those jurisdictions where digital goods are taxable.
Terminations / Refund Policy
You may cancel your pay-as-you-go, monthly or annual paid subscription at any time under the Manage My Subscription tab (under Account Properties in your JUMPTO Software) or by clicking here and signing into your account online.
For annual subscriptions, your cancelled subscription will convert to a free account and JUMPTO will refund 90% of the subscription fees paid for the then-current annual subscription period if you cancel within thirty (30) days of the beginning of such annual subscription period.
If you cancel a pay-as-you-go or a monthly subscription or if you cancel an annual subscription after the first thirty (30) days, no fees will be refunded to you. In such event, your subscription will remain active, as applicable, until you have used up your bandwidth quota or for the remainder of the monthly or annual subscription period for which you have paid, and will thereafter be converted to a free account.
JUMPTO reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Services at any time, with or without prior notice to you. In the event of such discontinuation or modification, JUMPTO will refund any fees paid by you, prorated for the remaining portion of any unused bandwidth quota for a pay-as-you-go subscription or the remaining portion of the then-current monthly or annual subscription period, as the case may be.
If you breach any of our Terms of Service, JUMPTO will have the right to terminate your JUMPTO account immediately, with or without prior notice to you. In the event of such termination, you will not be entitled to use the Services or to receive any refunds for the remaining portion of your subscription to the Services.
All refunds shall be paid to the initial purchaser of the Services, either through the original payment method used or any other reasonable payment method determined by JUMPTO in its sole discretion
JUMPTO reserves the right to deny repetitive refund requests for cancelled Services (i.e., more than once in any six (6) month period).
Charged in Error
In the event, you believe that JUMPTO has charged you in error, you must contact and inform JUMPTO’s customer support desk of such error in writing within sixty (60) days after such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges which are more than sixty (60) days old.
JUMPTO reserves the right to terminate free accounts at any time, with or without prior notice to you. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if a free account is inactive for ninety (90) days or more, JUMPTO may terminate the account and delete all content associated with the account, with or without prior notice to you.
